Data Deletion Instructions

ADHD.lk respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. According to Facebook and general privacy guidelines, we provide a simple, immediate way to delete all your personal data from our servers.

How to completely delete your account and data:

  1. Log into your account at https://adhd.lk/login.
  2. Go to your Dashboard.
  3. Click the Settings button at the top right of the dashboard.
  4. Click the red "Delete My Account" button.
  5. Confirm the deletion.

What happens when I delete my account?

Your account will be instantly and permanently removed from our database. Because of how our systems are designed, deleting your account automatically triggers the permanent deletion of:

  • Your username and email
  • Your Facebook/Google identifiers
  • All of your tasks, routines, and journal entries
  • Your gamification scores (XP and Level)

This action is irreversible.
